Attractive villa in the Languedoc-Roussillon with secluded private pool, a property with character yet modern facilities and all you need for a successful family holiday in the surrounds of a peaceful hamlet. Located in the Corbieres wine region approximately mid-way between the fascinating citadel of Carcassonne and the wide long sandy beaches of Narbonne Plage.

Villa accommodation covering 130 m² on 2 floors for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a comfortable living room with television and an open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, American fridge/freezer etc.) with dining area 70 m² opening onto a very nice balcony terrace where you can eat outside. Separate toilet.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with open plan en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Another double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed). Twin bedroom (two 90 cm x 200 beds). Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.

The Villa Corbiere has ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. Built-in 2014 in the style of the local winegrower’s houses it is spacious and stylish.

The secluded enclosed grounds cover 270 m² and there is an eight-metre-long swimming pool which has a barred security cover. There are loungers for relaxing poolside and a barbecue for grills as well as a herb garden and some nice fruit trees (kiwi, fig, almond, olive, cherry and peach).

The small hamlet of Villerouge la Cremade where the villa is situated is charming though without shops, you will find those in the village of Lezignan 10 km. Within a radius of 10 km, there are restaurants in Fabrezan, Thezan and Ferrals including one gourmet establishment in Fontjoncouse with three Michelin stars. Carcassonne airport 40 km. Narbonne plage 48 km. The canal du midi is one of the local attractions, ideal for walks, cycling and boat hire.
