The 220 square metre property is located next to the owners' house, on a part of the property that extends over several hectares on the hills of Montepulciano.

The house is divided into three flats with independent entrances and offers great flexibility to families with children and groups of friends who decide to spend their holidays together, while maintaining a certain degree of autonomy.

The ground floor has a large, bright living room with a kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, served by 2 shower rooms, one of which is suitable for a disabled person.

On the first floor, with access to the back of the house, by climbing four steps, there is on one side: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; on the other side: a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with access via a characteristic staircase to a typical tower where there is a double bed. The two floors have no internal connections.

The whole of this beautiful holiday rental has comfortable, typically Tuscan furniture, the kitchenettes are well equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine). TV/sat.

Outside there is a beautiful 12m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by an open terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, children's playground.

The pool is open from May to the end of September.

The surrounding countryside is not only renowned for its production of fine wines, such as Brunello di Montalcino or Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, but also for the presence of many historic towns with noble origins. Montepulciano is only a few kilometres from the estate and is considered the pearl of the 15th century, with its monuments and churches that are gems of Renaissance architecture.
