Superb villa with swimming pool and spa, located on the heights of Stresa, with breathtaking views of Lake Majeure and the Borromean Islands.

This air-conditioned villa of 500 m² is composed of :
- The ground floor of a spacious living room with bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the lake, a dining area, a sitting area with comfortable sofas, a TV and an open fireplace. The kitchen, equipped with high quality appliances, provides access to the outdoor dining area and the garden. Toilets. In the sleeping area there is a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, and a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a sitting area and sofas (which can be converted into two single beds), television and desk. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower.

On the lower floor there is a private spa with a mini pool (heated 3 x 3.5) with air massage, an emotional shower and a relaxation area with a wide range of herbal teas. Access to the outdoor pool.

Accessible only through a private cul-de-sac, this luxury villa is surrounded by a large garden (5000 m²) and woodland (3000 m²) offering absolute privacy and tranquillity. The infinity pool overlooking the lake and the Borromean Islands will keep you happy for the duration of your stay: admire, dream and immerse yourself in a magnificent and luxurious experience!

The Villa is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, with some excellent restaurants. Stresa (3 km away) is the most famous town on Lake Maggiore, with its pretty little streets full of cafés, restaurants and little shops. There is a lovely lakeside promenade and a ferry station, from where you can easily embark to visit the beautiful Borromean Islands and explore the other villages and wonders of Lake Maggiore. The Stresa train station will allow you to easily get to Milan, where you can shop, visit the main attractions or simply enjoy a good coffee and watch the world go by in the famous Piazza del Duomo.

Notes:

The small dead end road from the main road to the villa is not tarmac and is narrow, so care is needed with very wide or low cars.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties or events allowed.

The price includes :

Welcome basket, water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, heating, final cleaning and mid-week (3h), sheets and towels (changed mid-week),

The price does not include :

reaking deposit by bank transfer to the owner (recoverable): 2000 euros
Pool heating (+1/2 c° - minimum 4 days notice): 70 euros per day
Wine selection (on request)
Visitor's tax: check on arrival if it is due

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
