Superb very well-appointed luxury villa with a good-sized private pool, located in the region of Carvoeiro in the Algarve just 300 metres easy walk from the beach. Ideal for a comfortable, easy-going seaside villa holiday.

The house has a spacious light living and dining room with television and access to the terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer and all you need for self-catering) which opens onto the large patio terrace equipped with garden furniture for eating outdoors, a summer kitchen and barbecue, it is an ideal spot for breakfast under the palm trees overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The good-sized grounds cover 1600 m² and there is a sheltered ten-metre-long swimming pool with a nice surrounding patio terrace with an outside shower and sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy the sun or the shade of the beautiful plan trees.
