About this holiday rental

Beautiful villa with private heated pool (on request), not overlooked! fully equipped villa, sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, and separate, well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful views over the valley of almond and olive trees. You'll find air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms, another in the hallway leading to the other 2 bedrooms, and another in the dining room.

Next to the pool, you'll find a barbecue, relax chairs and garden furniture so you can enjoy the outdoors to the full. Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15 at a supplement of 190 euros per week (must be requested at least 1 week before arrival). Pets are accepted on prior request.

A 5-minute walk from the Los Ventorros restaurant, and a 10-minute drive from the Moorish village of Comares, where you'll find bars, restaurants, mini-market and tobacconist. For sports enthusiasts, there are 3 via ferratas and a 400 m tiroline. Just 35 minutes from Torre del Mar beach. Very well located, as this house is only 40 minutes from Malaga (with its Picasso, Pompidou and automobile museums and many others), the Alcazaba, the cathedral, the port with its many restaurants, the Malagueta beach, the Place de la Merced, the Place de la Constitucion and its little streets. And, of course, the Caminito del Rey. 50 minutes from Nerja Village and its Euro balcony.

Air-conditioning cost: You pay for what you use.
There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, payable on arrival.
For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at 0.45€/kw.
