Beautiful villa with private heated pool (heating available at extra cost). 4 bedrooms with beds for up to 8 people. 2 bathrooms, living room, separate fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the villa benefits from a beautiful kidney-shaped swimming pool which can be heated in spring and autumn at an additional cost. Please enquire for details. The pool is surrounded by beautiful terraces and colourful gardens.
The property has wifi, plenty of parking and a barbecue. The villa is within walking distance of 2 excellent bars/restaurants and a 30 minute walk (an absolutely beautiful walk) or 5 minute drive to the village of Comares which has bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Air conditioning is available on a pay-per-use basis and is available in all 4 bedrooms and the lounge. Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING MUST BE AGED 25 OR OVER. VTAR/MA/03074

Electricity is charged at 0.45 euro per unit / kw and gas bottles and pellets can be purchased from your janitor. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS APPLIES TO MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY.
