About this holiday rental

Beautiful, magnificent villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa consists of 3 semi-detached flats with separate entrances all around a magnificent swimming pool with beautiful terraces offering breathtaking views.

The villa is rented as a complete house to ensure total privacy for our guests. Located 5 minutes drive from the village of Comares and with wifi, parking, gardens, heating (for the colder months), sensational views over the Mediterranean Sea. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about 30 minutes away by car.

It has a lovely beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja, with its famous caves and stunning views over the Mediterranean, is about 1 hour's drive away and the drive along the coastal road before turning off for Comares is superb. The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in Axarquia, is charming. It is a 5-minute drive away and is home to bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, a pharmacy and a doctor. There are also several bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, a 5-minute walk from the villa. Málaga and the city are an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes.

The price does not include :

Heated pool: 190€ per week (Not available from 15/11 to 15/03)Monthly rental rates (28 days or more) do not include electricity. This is charged separately at 0.45 cent per KW.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms of the house, on a chargeable basis.
You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask you to pay by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave on the same day.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
