Luxurious air-conditioned modern villa with good sized private pool. Located just 1.5 km from La Puebla de Cazella and within 20 minutes’ drive of the magnificent Seville region towns of Carmona, Ecija, Osuna, Estepa and Marchena.

Villa accommodation covering 195 m² for 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The house has a very spacious and light living and dining room 80 m² with television and access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Modern open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator etc.) with preparation island, breakfast bar and stools.

Master double bedroom 28 m² (180 cm x 190 bed) with a private shower room with double shower. Another double bedroom 17 m² (150 cm x 190 bed). Quadruple bedroom 27 m² (one 150 cm x 190 bed and one double sofa bed 150 cm x 180). Shower room 7 m².

All of the bedrooms in the villa Cazalia are air-conditioned.

The grounds cover 1000 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool with wide steps for access surrounded by lawn and equipped with sun loungers and parasol for relaxing. Stretching the full length of the front of the villa is a very pleasant covered patio terrace 48 m² where you can eat outdoors in the shade overlooking the pool. High walls give plenty of privacy. Parking space within the garden limits for three cars with some shade from the ancient olive tree.

The first load of firewood supplied. Next load of wood 15 euros.

The price does not include :

Pool towels available for hire 5 euros per towel.
The security deposit of 300 euros to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash.
