About this holiday rental

Attractive, contemporary, air-conditioned villa which sleeps up to eight people, with private pool and garden. Located 6 km from the centre of Ametlla de Mar and 3 km from local shops and restaurants. The Cala Forn beach is 4 km and the Cala Mosques beach 4.5 km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with television and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher...). Four double bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Overall the house is well equipped and comfortably furnished. The air conditioning is in the living room.

There is a large patio area around the eight-metre long pool as well as a covered area where you can sit and dine outdoors in the shade. As well as a built-in barbeque there is a good supply of garden furniture including sun loungers. Private parking for two cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit paid locally 400€ (or equivalent). Final clean payable locally 90€. Linen can be hired, available on request 5€ per person and towels 5€ per person. Tourist tax payable locally 0.50€ per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Baby cot hires 30€ per week. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Air conditioning supplement 100€ per week. Pets on request 50€ per stay payable locally.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
