Charming, air conditioned villa with pretty garden and private pool set amidst beautiful hills. Located between El Valle de Adalajis 7km (where the main shops are) and El Chorro 3km. Local restaurant 400 metres.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is wifi internet access. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is a covered terrace for dining outdoors along with a barbeque.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided (bed linen, shower and hand towels). Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (except heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 100€ cash payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
