Super villa in a fabulous hillside setting with a beautiful pool and garden (mainly patio) overlooking the sea. Located 2.5km from the beach, 6km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and a wide range of facilities.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two shower rooms.

The garden level (independent access from the poolside) has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room.

Overall the accommodation is very pleasant with good quality furnishings and fittings.

The terraced garden area is mostly tiled and very practical for enjoying the pool, dining outdoors and relaxing.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Obligatory final cleaning: €120.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €0.50/day per adult - maximum 7 days).
