About this holiday rental

Super villa in a fabulous hillside setting with a beautiful pool and garden (mainly patio) overlooking the sea. Located 2.5km from the beach, 6km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and a wide range of facilities.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two shower rooms.

The garden level (independent access from the poolside) has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room.

Overall the accommodation is very pleasant with good quality furnishings and fittings.

The terraced garden area is mostly tiled and very practical for enjoying the pool, dining outdoors and relaxing.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen is available for hire on request 8€ per person and payable locally, same for towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean paid locally 120€. Tourist tax payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cots available for hire 35€ per week. Pet supplement 35€ per week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
