About this holiday rental

Situated in the peaceful area of the Marina, Costa Nova this beautiful villa overlooks verdant protected woodland and the mount Montgo in the distance. Shops 2 km and supermarket 3 km. Main sandy Arenal beach 4.5 km. Pebble beach and restaurant at Granadella 2.5 km.

The villa has 200 m² of living space on three floors, five bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms, wifi internet, air conditioning.

The main floor has a living and dining room which opens onto a partly covered patio terrace with garden furniture so you can sit overlooking the pool area as well as a dining table for eating in the fresh air. There is a billiards table. A fully equipped air conditioned kitchen which is open-plan. Air conditioned twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en-suite shower room and separate toilet.

The upper floor has two air conditioned double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

The lower floor has a large air conditioned sitting room with satellite television. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (neither of these bedrooms has windows put they open onto the sitting room which is nice and light. Bathroom with bath and shower. Laundry room with washing machine.

The ten-metre long private swimming pool has steps for easy access and there are splendid views from the surrounding patio. The garden has an area of lawn and mature trees.

Very good value for money. The sun sets over the woodland and Montgo are superb.

Available as a one-week booking for the first rentable week and two weeks only for the last two.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 1000 euros to our Javea agency credit by card slip or cash.
The following services are to be paid on site upon arrival and in cash.
Cleaning: mandatory fee of 200 euros payable locally.
Package of 150 euros/week for air conditioning.

Optional, to be ordered in advance:
Linen: beds made on arrival two hand towels, large and small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if allowed in the villa (80 euros per week), internet key (45 euros), animals (50 euros per animal per stay)...
