About this holiday rental

Comfortable holiday villa with private pool and attractive garden in a stunning, elevated setting commanding wonderful views of the Mediterranean. Located 3 km from the beach and 4.5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar the house is well suited to two families sharing on holiday together yet seeking a little extra privacy, as the house is divided into two units.

The first apartment has a living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, gaz hob...). Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) along with a bathroom.

The second apartment has a spacious living and dining room with television and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a further double bedroom. Bathroom with toilet.

There is plenty of space as the living area covers 200 m², each apartment has independent access.

By the pool there is a lawn (900m²) along with a barbecue area, all equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers, the views from the poolside towards the sea are superb.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 130€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
