About this holiday rental
Attractive, contemporary villa with private pool and sea view. Well located, in a peaceful setting just 800 metres from the beach and facilities in the centre of Llafranc.
The accommodation comprises a very pleasant living and dining area with satellite television and DV player, opening onto a covered patio area which overlooks the pool area. Fully equipped kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Two bathrooms.
Around the pool, there is a teak deck which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. As well as pool loungers there is all you need in the way of garden furniture for eating outdoors and enjoying a barbeque. The garden is very nice with mature trees offering natural shade and a lawn.
Note that while it is only ten minutes walk to the beach the incline on the return journey is significant.

The price includes :
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.
The price does not include :
Refundable deposit payable locally 300€ (bank card slip). Linen can be hired, available for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 120€. Tourist tax payable locally (around 1€ per person per night) - ask for details. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week.
Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.

Overall we really liked the Villa Ronda - its certainly 'tired' in several places (tiles falling off bathroom walls was notable) but this was superseded by the great pool and outside dining with the view of the sea. The kitchen was also very well equipped. It should be noted that while it is only a 10min walk to the beach the incline on the return journey is significant.
