Attractive villa with private pool located in the hills between Polop and Callosa, commanding superb views of the surrounding countryside. Around 25 minutes drive from the beach 12km. Shops and restaurants in Callosa d'en Sarria 2km. Supermarket 2km. Golf 5km. Tennis 7km.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room with satellite television, DVD player and HIF. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms.

The interior decor is light and airy, furnishings are comfortable.

There is a large covered terrace where you can relax or dine outdoors whilst savouring the views of the mountains. A few steps lead to the pool area which is nice and peaceful, ideal for unwinding. There is plenty of garden furniture.

The local area is famous for its orange and lemon orchards, the glossy green leaves are beautiful in the sunshine. There is a pretty natural spring nearby at Fuentes d'Algar where you can swim and there are many enjoyable walks in the hills and mountains.
