Situated close to the Montgo, a few steps from the village of Javea, not far from the beach of the Port, this villa with large private swimming pool has been completely rebuilt and restored this year with selected materials, in a spirit of purity and elegant simplicity.

About 130 m2 of living space, entirely on one level, a large living room with ultra modern and very well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room wc, two other bedrooms share a shower room wc. The villa is bordered by multiple terraces allowing you to isolate yourself and take your meals in the shade.

Everything is new, bedding, furniture, kitchen equipment and sanitary facilities. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The garden of about 1500m2 includes a beautiful swimming pool of 50 m2 surrounded by new terraces, a summer kitchen with plancha completes this beautiful property.

Very quiet and very residential you also benefit from a very nice back view on the montgo. The center of Javea, tapas bar, post office, doctor, markets, church,... is at 5mn by car. The harbour area and the very famous pebble beach are 8/10mn by car, the sandy beach of l'Arénal is 10/12 mn.

The price includes :

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 1000 euros card imprint.
Compulsory final cleaning: 140 euros to be paid locally in cash.
Air conditioning: Compulsory supplement of 95 euros per week payable locally in cash.

Optional services:
- Bed linen: beds made on your arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two dish towels. Imperative to make the request before your arrival-15 euros per person and per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).
These sups are to be paid on site in cash, upon your arrival at our office.
