In Georgioupoli near Rethymnon on the north coast of Crete, this beautiful luxury holiday villa with a big fenced private pool is in a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing holiday just 2 km from the beach.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 10-13 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has a comfortable living room 30 m² with television and patio doors opening onto the balcony offering sea views. Dining room 16 m² with views of the sea, pool and garden and adjoining open plan fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, induction hob etc.) which opens onto a large covered terrace which is ideal for eating outdoors. twin bedroom 15 m² (2 beds each 90 cm wide). Double bedroom 12 m² (140 cm wide bed). Shower room with toilet.

The upper floor has a twin bedroom 15 m² (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with balcony. Double bedroom 12 m² (160 cm wide bed). Shower room with toilet. Master double bedroom 25 m² (140 cm wide bed) with balcony overlooking the sea and a large marble bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The interior has generally modern, comfortable furnishing and it is all rather good taste.

The big enclosed grounds cover 4000 m² and there is twelve-metre-long swimming which is fenced for child safety. There is plenty of garden furniture for eating outside as well as a barbecue for grills and there are sun loungers for relaxing by the pool after a good swim. Pool house by the pool with toilet and sink. There is 50 m² of covered terrace and 500 m² of open terrace.

This child-friendly villa is a perfect villa for unwinding and relaxing as well as enjoying the nearby sandy beach and the beautiful historic ports of Rethymnon and Chania as well as the wonders of ancient Crete, its traditions and beautiful countryside and villages.

Prices are given for an occupancy of 10 people. Possibility to accommodate up to 13 people: 20€/night/person for each additional person over 10. 

Traditional local restaurant 2 km. More restaurants, bars (including a cocktail bar) and shops in Georgioupoli. Rethymnon 30 km. La Canee airport 45 km. Natural lake 1.5 km from the Villa. (for families it's important, it's the only natural lake in Crete).
