Situated in the countryside less than an hour by car east of Seville this typical Andalusian house with private pool offers good value for a holiday in the sun with plenty of cultural interest nearby.

The house has a living and dining room with ASTRA satellite television and an open plan equipped kitchen. Triple bedroom (140 cm wide bed and a 90 cm wide bed). Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Another twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a shower room with toilet.

The enclosed grounds cover 500 m² and there is a seven-metre-long swimming pool along with sun loungers and outside shower and toilet and a pergola for eating outdoors in the shade as well as a barbecue for grills. Covered parking space for two cars. High hedges provide privacy and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, there are numerous olive groves and hills beyond.

Located in the hamlet of Lantejuela near the surrounding villages of Osuna, Marchena, Ecija and Carmona where you will find baroque monuments and for those of you who like to discover local culinary delights, there are tapas specialities and numerous inexpensive restaurants. The principal towns of Cordeue and Rhonda are less than an hour drive and somewhat further yet accessible for a day out are Malaga and Granada.
