About this holiday rental

Set in countryside covered with olive groves around 80 km from Seville this small villa with private pool is ideal for a couple or small family. This is an ideal base for visiting the likes of Grenada, Cordoue and Malaga.

Villa accommodation covering 90 m² on 1 level for 4 people, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, air conditioning, wifi.

The house has a living and dining room with television along with an open plan kitchen (with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer etc. but no dishwasher). Quadruple bedroom (four 90 cm x 1.9m beds) and a shower room.

There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The good-sized grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a good-sized secluded ten-metre-long swimming pool with outside shower along with garden furniture for eating outdoors on the shaded covered terrace, a barbecue and sun loungers. Shaded parking.

In the nearby village of Lantejuela (Campina de Sevilla), there are local shops and tapas bars where you can eat cheaply. Within around twenty minutes you can visit Carmona, Ecija, Osuna, Estepha and Marchena.

In the vicinity of around ten freshwater lakes, Lanatejuela is excellent for ornithologists who can see up to a hundred different wild bird species including pink flamingos, birds of prey, malvasia duck and bustard. Typical of the countryside around Seville there are beautiful hills and lakes along with fields of olive trees.

This is a rare and fairly inexpensive property.
