Beautiful Italian villa which dates back to the end of the nineteenth century set in a delightful peaceful garden with a big private pool and tremendous views of the verdant hills. Located within walking distance of the nearby village which has a small grocery store and a bus stop just over half an hour drive from the magnificent city of Orvieto which has one of the most impressive cathedral facades in Italy.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has an entrance hall leading to a living and dining room then a small sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator etc.) with dining area. Double bedroom and a bathroom.

The upper floor has a nicely decorated sitting room with frescos and a dining area. Two double bedrooms. Bedroom with French style boat bed and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The interior has been refurbished recently, there are beautiful ceilings and wall fresco’s which add considerable Italian charm.

The garden covers 1200 m² though there are a further 25,000 m² which also belongs to the property comprised of woodland and olive groves. The twelve-metre-long swimming pool is perfect for a good swim and there are loungers for relaxing as well as garden furniture for eating outside and a barbecue for grills.

NOTE: The owners occasionally reside in part of the building, they have independent access and at no time use the pool.
