About this holiday rental

Contemporary holiday house which sleeps up to ten people comfortably, ideal for two families. The villa Angeles has a private swimming pool and garden and is located in Lloret de Mar, Serra Brava just 4.5km from the beach. Gerona airport 31km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with satellite television and Hi-Fi. Fully equipped, modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Three bathrooms each with a hydro-massage system.

The interior décor is nice and neutral, mainly white and furnishings are comfortable.

There is a lovely patio by the kidney-shaped pool and a built in barbeque along with a good supply of garden furniture so you can relax in the sun and dine outdoors.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Compulsory final cleaning: €135.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €0.50/day per adult - maximum 7 days).

On request :
Extra bed: €80 per week
Cot: €35 per week.
Bed linen: €8 per person.
Towels (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person.
Pets allowed: €35 per week.
