Contemporary holiday house with a private swimming pool and garden located in the Aigue Viva Park area of Lloret de Mar on the Spanish Costa Brava, 9km from the beach. The Villa Camelia can sleep up to eight people comfortably. Gerona airport 31km.

The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for successful self-catering. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The interior décor is light and airy, mainly neutral. Furnishings are contemporary, practical and comfortable. There is a covered terrace where you can eat outside and enjoy a barbeque.

There is a patio area by the pool where you can relax on a lounger and lap up the sunshine. There is parking space within the grounds.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 95€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
