Attractive villa with private pool and garden commanding superb views of the sea. Located 500 metres from the sea at the Aigua Gelida Creek and 1.5km from the sandy beach and centre of Tamariu where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Palafrugell 4km. Begur 7km. Palamos 11km. Gerona and airport 15km.

The main floor has a pleasant living and dining room with television opening to a large terrace with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a further twin bedroom ( 2 x 80cm wide folding beds). Bathroom. Exterior access only to further bathroom with washing machine and refrigerator.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with double sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. Table tennis.

The garden is alive with tropical vegetation and there is a good sized swimming pool along with plenty of garden furniture.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 10€ per bed per day. Bed linen change 11€, change of towels 5,5€. The villa must be left as found.
Tourist taxe : 1 euro per person.
