This Hacienda-style Andalusian villa is set in vast grounds with a big private pool, the accommodation is on the first floor. Located near Lora Del Rio 6 km it offers a beautiful setting for a holiday in the sun.

Villa accommodation covering 267 m² on the 1st floor for 8 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, air-conditioning, wi-fi, billiards.

The house entrance is accessed via steps and there is a big air-conditioned living and dining room 86 m² with fireplace, television and a billiards table. Open plan kitchen 12 m² fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.). Three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom and a shower room.

Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning, one has access to a large terrace which leads to the garden.

The huge grounds cover 5000 m² and there is a spectacular courtyard which gives access to the house. There is a twelve-metre-long swimming pool with loungers for relaxing flanked by lawn and a pergola where you can enjoy a drink in the shade. The large patio and Andalusian garden area have a fountain and a very elegant pergola which is a signature feature of a Hacienda property. There is a barbecue and table and chairs for eating outdoors where you can enjoy the magnificent setting. Parking space for six cars within the garden limits.

From the villa terrace, you can perceive the lights of Lora del Rio, Carmona and even the capital Seville in the distance by night.

The security deposit of 300 euros to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash.
Final cleaning : 180 euros
Pool towels are not included. they can be rented for 5 euros per towel.
