The website is very busy and I suspect could be easier to use. It would, for example, be good to see properties that are close to each other come up in a simple search. The pictures are OK and the text is helpful but the conversation we had by phone prior to booking was actually the most helpful thing by far. There was no doubt in our minds that you knew the property and were speaking from personal knowledge. This is really helpful and provides a very high degree of assurance.

Reply to email not under 24 hours but this is really not a problem because you did respond as soon as you had the information. Commercial gesture for linen was appreciated.

Your site allows you to go quickly to what is needed, it is very good. Pre-arrival contact and reception in resort excellent (especially since the new agency has opened in Javea for "on the spot assistance"), We rent since 2002 with Villas du Monde, that says it all.

Website is simple to use. Description of house well detailed. Your green number (free telephone number) is definitely a plus.

Website was fine. response to questions was very good and prompt. Main concern is the accuracy of the information. I assume the information is that provided by the owners without any checking. One issue was that it was impossible to identify the location of the Chateau in advance nor to properly assess it

Very efficient service and no disappointment, many photos. Only remark, efficient website except for limited search features (particularly if you have a fairly precise location in mind) but we managed because the portfolio is all the same overall quality.
