The site is nice and easy to use. I did not have a problem finding the villa that suited me. The presentation of the villas is satisfactory especially with a photo of each room.
I always got answers to the e-mails I sent and in correct time frames.

Our experienced was somewhat mixed. Booking was easy, and we made a request, through the agent, to bring our dogs, which was quickly dealt with and we were able to take our dogs. Where it wasn't so good was in the paperwork and information we received after the booking. The agent forgot to send us the information about meeting up with the owner/key holder, we had to ask them for it as we got close to the date of the holiday. When it came, the instructions were not very clear. We were given an email address only when we asked for it, and we were just given a list of about 4 phone numbers, with no indication of who they connected to, what hours they were manned etc. We were not told that the owners did not speak much English, so our emails and texts in English were ignored (and indeed, we weren't sure which phone numbers were mobile). As we got closer to the property, we resorted to phoning each number in turn and finally we got through to the owner, realised that she didn't speak much English, and so communicated in a combination of French and English (we spoke some French, but by no means fluently). From that point, everything went very well.
