I needed to contact you several times regarding payment terms.
The information you gave me to collect the keys for the house was completely wrong. The inconvenience caused me to lose two hours of my time as well as waste petrol. We had 2 cars with children 10 years, 3 years and 2 months ......
I also contacted you by email upon my return to express my dissatisfaction and to remind you that I still have no news from you.

1 - The site: nothing wrong, everything is clear and pleasant to use.
2 - Free phone: I was on the phone to a very helpful and friendly person, who solved my problem in record time! This person even bothered to call me the next day to see if I had received documents via email this time.
3 - I can not remember if I was told within 24 hours, but I do not remember having waited a long time, so I would say yes.

Yes, very friendly and helpful. The only but significant problem was, that the booking confirmation went directly into my spam file and I was really worried why I got no answer at all. Only after a phone call with your reception I found out.

You are right. We will shortly greatly improve our administration following this recurring problem caused by over sensitive filter systems.
