We reserved a house we are two couples with children. The booking goes as planned except that the day after the booking a hostess calls me and said that the owner has rented the villa and she, therefore, takes care to find me another with the same criteria and then finished by proposing the villa montecarlo 36 and offers me a special price because it was more expensive than the one I had booked. We, therefore, accept his offer and are (for the moment) satisfied with the speed of Villas du Monde to react to the problem.

I didn't use the phone service

In the end your site is good and your service also but of comparable quality to other Provence villa sites that I used I find you comparatively expensive for what you offer. Especially when asking to pay for water and electricity given the prices charged is something I have never seen.
