In general the description is very good but some vital information is not readily available such as are there any Services within walking distance or not eg. bakery ,shop etc. and that do need a car to take garbage to the nearest collection containers.
The rather inflexible check in system should also be clearly mentioned beforehand in the description so it does not come as a surprise as it effects transport bookings and causes the need for additional Planning. Normal practise is to be able to go direct to a villa not to an Office to pick up keys - such a system with check in at an Office have not encountered in 10 years of booking simmilar villas in different countries (including Spain).
Normally the address of the villa is also provided when payment is complete - not on arríval - this is unusual and inconvenient for booking transport to and from the villa. It should also be mentioned in the description that have this unusual system.

The site is well designed. The information on the villas is accurate and precise. We could quickly evaluate the proposed villas and decide on our choice.

Website was easy to navigate but there was some confusion about the villa as it was advertised on another site as a b&b. The free phone service is a very good idea. The staff were friendly and helpful. All enquiries were dealt with efficiently and I felt as though nothing was too much trouble Peter responded to emails quickly.

We are very satisfied with the service. Very responsive whether by email or phone. We will come back with pleasure.
