The villa matched the description; the booking was fast and very clear no particular worries.

We have known Villas du Monde for many years, and have booked almost every year a villa in France or Italy or Spain through you. We have almost 30 years of loyalty to your brand. The information of your site, are numerous, clear and especially exact. It is unfortunate that most of your offers in Italy, villas with individual pools, at a "reasonable" price, are almost all located in Tuscany. Other regions are also very beautiful.

I found the website easy to navigate and to make secure payments. I also found the staff very responsive on email.

Our request by email has been processed but unfortunately, it was not possible for us to obtain the villa (Lolita) initially reserved because the owner wanted to occupy it, but Margot offered us another villa "La Siesta".
