Indeed, there was a mix-up and we are very sorry. Only the driving range was possible this year, 8-hole mini golf had not been maintained in recent months (it is anyway upon request for sup) and so the owner told us that he would not be operational. This coincided with the date of your reservation. We subsequently contacted you and made a gesture of goodwill. We love this property and are pleased that you gave a score of 4 and that despite the lack of the golf you could have a good stay.

The address for return of keys was not the right one (top left on the voucher) basically we had to follow the line on the map, not easy.

The positives: the rental, payment in installments, the documents sent (voucher, key details ...)
Great also to have a contact number to call on arrival in case of problems, it is reassuring.
