We had a wonderful time, thank you very much. If I had looked at Google Streetview before booking I might not have done so, given that the house is a bit like a fortress in the central block of the town. That would have been a mistake as it is a lovely oasis in a non-tourist area and the house was very comfortable.

The organization was good overall. I would have found it more comfortable financially if there was the option of spreading payments monthly, not twice. (as I had booked months in advance).

I think the price of the villa is expensive. considering the price of daily life there. Agents commissions are high. Two intermediates for houses in addition to the owner, it creates a higher rent! shame ...

Thank you for your opinion. We will consider monthly payments on request, we do it for a lot of old and some new customers!
The price is actually competitive as the owners price is negotiated down before agency margins are added. There is a small premium but for that you have the additional security and assured quality and reliability supported by our visits etc.
