Your site is nice, friendly, lively, reassuring, easy to use. We would wish for more photos.
The green n ° (free phone) is a very good thing, the response very satisfactory, holiday monitoring online system is good, the documents submitted are clear, the local agency map was a useful addition.

In all, no negative points to raise. The site, the home, the research, the answers have all been up to expectations. Relatively easy to navigate. It would be helpful to have a less than 4 people filter/search and also a key word search. Information about individual properties is spot-on.
Payment process for the balance wasn´t that clear on the web-site and the auto debit didn´t happen for the balance (I phoned which was easy enough once I noticed it had not been taken).
