I book regularly with Villas du Monde - Villas Worldwide, site is well-designed, no particular problems.
I rented the villa in April.

Your site is nice, friendly, lively, reassuring, easy to use. We would wish for more photos.
The green n ° (free phone) is a very good thing, the response very satisfactory, holiday monitoring online system is good, the documents submitted are clear, the local agency map was a useful addition.

The telephone service was not used, so we have no opinion.

In all, no negative points to raise. The site, the home, the research, the answers have all been up to expectations. The various telephone exchanges and emails indicate that it is a dynamic team, pleasant, professional, serious and attentive to their customers (I can not say more without losing credibility ...... )

Our review system was introduced in July 2014. We will be taking steps to increase clients awareness on our documents. A review request and reminder were sent to Andrew in September.

The website was good and well presented, and communication was quick and helpful.

Yes very practical site, easy to use.

Relatively easy to navigate. It would be helpful to have a less than 4 people filter/search and also a key word search. Information about individual properties is spot-on.

Payment process for the balance wasn´t that clear on the web-site and the auto debit didn´t happen for the balance (I phoned which was easy enough once I noticed it had not been taken).
