About this holiday rental

An attractive villa where clients occupy the upper floor only, the rest is unoccupied. Set in a good sized garden with private swimming pool and lovely views of La Granadella natural park. Located in the Costa Nova Panorama area of Javea (in the province of Alicante), 4km from the main El Arenal beach, its facilities and amenities. Alicante airport 87km and Valencia 118km. Local shop and restaurant 500 metres.

The upper floor has a small kitchen with access to steps leading to the garden, living room with fireplace and an archway leading to a dining room with panoramic views and access to terrace and steps leading to a sun terrace. Double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.

Interior décor is bright and pleasant and the villa is furnished in a simple yet comfortable manner. The ground floor is not used by anyone. The garden is landscaped with flowering plants, mature trees and a lovely swimming pool terrace with outside shower and lovely views of the countryside.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 75€. Linen supplied at 12 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €70 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€. Internet key 45€ per week.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
